spider webs, psychic projection, and staying on course

I’m starting to understand that the threads of a “spider’s” web (or any person wishing to entrap another for their own nourishment) are all their projection of themselves spewing forth.  They are wishing to catch another in these projections as the “pulling of the threads” from the weight of catching someone makes them feel alive – real – a part of something bigger than themselves.

If we don’t fall into this trap than the person either goes off to find a prey or they drop the web and see/feel nothing.  What ever we project out into the world brings back ourselves.  Someone else has to be willing to wear the projection.

I’ve been all too willing to play everyone’s projection – so much blood taken from me – thus my exhaustion.  I have to stop the struggle with everyone – even though it feels out of control as the spider approaches, it’s the only way to see the path through and out of other’s psychic energy.  I don’t have to do anything, just be with my intent and pay attention.  Sit and continue to stay on my course – let the vibrations bounce back onto the spider and just stop inside.  Empty.  No other way out.

When the spider comes for your blood and you find yourself caught, play dead – act as if you are dry as an archaic bone – be still – and it will pass over.  Don’t struggle.  Simply be a spec unmoving in the web and then, once the dew has hit the web- the stickiness now absent – you can simply lift your wings and fly.
